Hutton Elementary School Hot Lunch Program
Hello Families!
School District No. 51 is happy to announce a new catered hot lunch program! As part of the provincial government’s Feeding Futures initiative, we have partnered with the Boundary Community Ventures Association to provide lunches for purchase on day 1 (usually Monday) each week, starting October 14.
Orders can be placed online using MunchaLunch.com
You can pay for your orders online using credit card (Visa/Mastercard),
debit-credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or pre-paid credit card.
Paper order forms are also available for families wishing to pay with cash.
HOW TO REGISTER:
1) Go to: https://munchalunch.com/schools/hutton
2) Click the “Register Here” button (as shown below). The system will guide you through.
3) After adding your children, click the green “Order Lunch!” button to order.
4) Next time, just click the “Login Here” button to access your account.
ORDERING INFORMATION:
• Online ordering will be OPEN from October 6 to November 3 for the first lunch session, which runs from October 14 to November 10.
• If you need assistance with ordering or do not have access to the internet, please contact the school office.
We are doing a soft launch special for week 1 as a way of testing out the new ordering and delivery systems. Lunch the first week will only be $1! Orders for this lunch are due by noon on Thursday, October 9th, so get registered right away!
*Please note we are unable to provide refunds for meals that have been ordered and delivered. If your child is absent on a lunch date, you may pick up their lunch that afternoon; otherwise please consider it a donation for a child who does not have a lunch.
