Back in the fall, we had asked parents and community members to partner with Ms. Hnatiw by writing a letter of support of our music program, with the hopes of being a recipient of a grant by MusiCounts Band Aid Program.
Well, the results are in and Ms. Hnatiw and Hutton were one of 90 schools nationwide to share in $900,000 of grant money! We are so proud of our music teacher and the parents that submitted letters. When I tell you that there were many tears of joy at the announcement, I am not exaggerating at all!
